Looking for a home in or around Lakeland. At least 3,000sf and 4-5 bedrooms. We are being transfered and need to find a great opportunity.

I could be tranfered by the end of the summer, but even if it takes to until next summer I will put money down and make payments until we move in - providing it is the right home for our family.

Nieghborhood and immediate community (schools, town, city ammenities etc.) are so very immportant to us.

Monthly mortgage payments are adjustable …
